Nice hotel with its own spa. Staff are friendly and helpful. The only reason I didn’t give all 5 stars is because there was a leak from the above room that they didn’t bother fixing. Luckily we both had ear plugs to sleep at night. Plus the bike they gave us kept breaking down so we refunded and got one somewhere else, the hotel quickly refunded us, apologised and offer to bring a new bike but we just went somewhere else we rented from before. They have a nice pool and delicious breakfast.

We booked 3 nights and left after one. It was so dirty we couldn't sleep. The room we booked should of had a fridge and a safe. It had neither until we complained. I need a fridge for medication. The fridge was faulty and would of frozen my medication if I had not of checked. To maintain a suitable temperature I wedged the door open with some tissue. The safe we were initially offered was a tin box which we declined. Around 10pm they brought a normal safe to the room and just put on the floor. We had to clean the room before we could touch anything. I argued to get a refund for 2 nights with the hotel and Agoda. Eventually made a claim on my card and got refund for 3 nights. A ground floor was requested at the almost empty hotel but they still put us on the top floor in a mosquito infested room.

We stayed for two overnights but I would not stay here again. We stayed in a so called filthy “delux” room, which had yellowish and torn duvet and towels. The door of the room is a sliding door which means it cannot be closed entirely. Moreover, the shower and toilet are separate and both do not have a ceiling, meaning you can hear and smell your partner when in the loo😝So, be prepared to have no privacy at all. The only good thing was its location and the open buffet breakfast. The hotel itself has potential but is rather old and definitely needs lots of renovation.

Booked and paid for 3 nights, 2 x people from August 12. On the first night we arrived late, the room had lots of mosquitos, was dirty, hot water didnt work and the shower head was broken. We informed the staff and they said they would look into it. The inclusive breakfast was very bad and I told the staff again the next morning that the hot water didnt work. When we came back around 3pm I asked if the hot water has been fixed and the lady at reception was not sure. It was not fixed. We packed up and went to leave. I asked for a refund and the lady at reception called the manager Mr Sumsung and he said that his not giving us a refund. Extremely dissapointing place. Avoid this hotel!

Absolutely fantastic Hotel. Would definitely recommend this Hotel. All the staff are more than helpful and efficient. Stayed at the hotel with my wife and daughter to relocate to Lombok & everyone at the hotel has been more than helpful with great customer service.
